1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Trialock ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Trialock is a trial optimization platform that helps SaaS companies reduce trial churn and increase conversion rates through smart payment capture, automatic recovery, and comprehensive analytics. The Service integrates with Stripe Connect to process payments on behalf of connected accounts.

3. Account Registration

To use Trialock, you must:

• Connect your Stripe account via Stripe Connect OAuth
• Complete Stripe account onboarding as required
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Payment Processing

Trialock uses Stripe Connect to process payments. By using the Service, you agree to:

• Comply with Stripe's Terms of Service and Connected Account Agreement
• Maintain a valid Stripe account in good standing
• Ensure your Stripe account can accept payments (charges enabled)
• Accept responsibility for all payment processing fees charged by Stripe

All payments are processed directly through your Stripe account. Trialock does not hold or process funds on your behalf.

5. Subscription Plans

Trialock offers subscription plans with different features and limits. You agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Understand that subscription fees are billed in advance
• Accept that plan changes may affect your billing cycle
• Comply with any revenue limits or feature restrictions for your plan

6. Free Trial

Trialock may offer a free trial period. During the trial:

• You have access to trial features as specified
• The trial period is limited in duration
• You must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service after the trial
• Trialock reserves the right to modify or discontinue trials at any time

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to process payments for prohibited goods or services
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Trialock and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

Trialock may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Trialock does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trialock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

13. Changes to Terms

Trialock reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
